When the credit card that has been registered for the lottery entry on the CONFIRMED app cannot be used (the same applies to debit cards with credit function), the error message「決済エラー：4457（Payment errors:4457）」will be displayed and further procedures may not be carried out.

 

※「決済エラー：4457（Payment errors:4457）」 may occur if you have an expired credit card, insufficient credit, insufficient debit balance, or a card that has not been set up for 3D Secure or cannot be used.

 

If an error message is displayed, first check that there are no problems with the card expiry date, credit amount, balance or 3D Secure settings, and then complete the lottery entry process again.

 

If this does not resolve the problem, please apply for the lottery again with a different credit card.
