I have submitted a product review and it has been published but I have not been awarded adiCLUB points.

You can only earn adiCLUB points for product reviews up to 10 times per year after registering with adiCLUB.
※The amount of points earned will be deducted after the points have been credited for any reviews submitted more than 10 times per year. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
 
It may take approximately one month from the completion of your submission until the points are reflected in your My Account, due to the procedures for checking and reflecting reviews at our company.
 
※If you have submitted 10 or fewer product reviews per year and you have not received your adiCLUB points after more than a month has passed since you posted your review, please contact us by email.
