Orders cannot be cancelled if any of the following conditions apply/

 

・Orders placed more than 30 minutes after the completion of the order process.
・Orders status as "Preparing for Shipment"「出荷準備中」, "Paid"「入金済み」, or "Shipped"「出荷済み」.
・Orders placed from accounts with restrictions on cancellation (click here for details on restrictions)
・Orders for non-cancelable products

 

In the above cases, we are unable to cancel your order even if you contact us due to our system's inability to do so.
