I want to cancel my order for in-store pickup. 【Click&Collect】

Cancellation for orders placed as Click & Collect (in-store pickup service) orders will vary depending on the status of the order.

You can cancel your order on the "Order History/Cancel" 「注文履歴・キャンセル」page in the "My Account"「マイアカウント」 menu of this online store if the order is in the status of "New Order"「新規受注」 or "Waiting for Payment"「入金待ち」 and the Cancel button is displayed within 30 minutes after the order is placed.

For cancellations, kindly confirm the information on the following page and complete the cancellation procedures by yourself.
 
 
In the event that you are unable to cancel your order on the Online Shop website due to a status other than "New Order" or "Waiting for Payment," kindly contact the store where you are going to pick up your order directly.

※The store where you will receive your order is indicated in the "Order Receipt Completion Notification"「注文受付完了のお知らせ」 e-mail sent to you after the order process.
