The number of bonus exchange points you have doesn't influence your current membership tier.
Even if you exhaust all your bonus exchange points, your membership level will remain unchanged.
To either maintain or advance your adiCLUB membership level, you must accumulate level points.
You can review your present level points and bonus exchange points balance in your account information.
